Happy 24th of July

We finally braved the people and took Dodger out. We went over to the parade in Monticello for the 24th of July. My family usually goes over and we meet up with my Grandma and Aunt Carolyn and her husband Dan. This year we were lucky enough to have Andy's sister Jody and her kids staying with us as well so we all went over and hung out together.

Here is Dodger at the parade. It was pretty hot so he had to stay in his car seat so he wouldn't get sunburned.

After the parade we went over to the park to eat some lunch and visit. We found a really nice shady spot to sit in and enjoy our yummy shish-ka-bobs, funnel cakes and snow cones.

After the park we headed back to my Grandma's house to feed Dodger and visit some more. It was a really dun day, and it was especially nice to get out of the house for a little bit.
