Moab Adventure

Last Saturday we decided we needed to get out of the house and go and do something fun! James and Nicole felt the same way, so we both loaded up our cars, buckled the kids in and drove to Moab.

After we stopped and grabbed some drinks and snacks at City Market, we went straight to the sand hill. I think everyone loved it! Dodger ended up climbing almost the whole thing twice, and Bronx made the trek up the big hill once. The weather was perfect and not too hot so we stayed there and played for almost 2 hours.

Bronx wasn't too sure about it at first and just wanted to hang out at the bottom, but with a little pulling from mom, we made it up to find daddy!


Nicole and I were a little behind the guys, and when we looked up to see how much farther we had to go this was what we saw. Andy flying off of a rock!

Bronx's little legs ran so fast the whole time. It was so funny!

While we were at the sand hill, the first little bit a group of scouts came and played for a few minutes, and then they left. Then a group of hard core biker dudes showed up and played for the rest of the time we were there. It was so funny to see two complete opposite groups of people come and enjoying the same place. I loved it.

After we dusted ourselves off we drove back into town and went bowling. This was our kids first time, and Bronx wasn't too into it, but Dodger liked it. He couldn't push the ball quite hard enough to get down the lane so we had to help him a little bit, but we made it every time!

After bowling we went and ate at McDonald's, got some ice cream and headed home. It was such a fun day. Thanks Francom's!!
